About the Role

Elliott Frazier - Family, Personal Injury & Car Accident Attorneys, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and experienced paralegal to support our growing litigation practice. This role is ideal for a mid-to senior-level legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex workflows, and understands the operational demands of a billable-hour legal practice.

The ideal candidate will bring strong case management experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to proactively support attorneys, clients, and firm operations. Experience in Family Law litigation is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation case files from intake through resolution
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and legal documents
• Coordinate scheduling for hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate case calendars, deadlines, and task management systems
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery management, and document production
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors
• Support intake processes and lead conversion workflows
• Maintain and update CRM and case management systems
• Track billable time and support billing-related workflows
• Manage client communications related to billing, document collection, scheduling, case status updates, and other administrative or procedural matters
• Help improve internal workflows, systems, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of paralegal or legal case management experience preferred
• Prior Family Law experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court deadlines
• Demonstrable experience working within billable hour environments
• Experience with client intake workflows and CRM platforms is required
• Experience with Filevine is a significant plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
