LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

About the Firm

Our growing Naples-based civil litigation practice is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in Collier County. We represent corporate and individual clients across a broad spectrum of civil disputes, general liability defense, and commercial matters. We value rigorous analysis, courtroom advocacy, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct exhaustive legal research and draft persuasive memoranda, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Collaborate closely with firm partners on case strategy and complex file development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of hands-on civil litigation or defense experience.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and legal writing skills.
• Local familiarity with Collier County court procedures and local rules is a distinct advantage.
