Legal Recruiting Coordinator

The Legal Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate all activities and processes related to on-campus recruiting during each recruiting season. This position collaborates closely with the Legal Recruiting Manager in all phases of recruiting efforts for new attorneys and summer associates. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner closely with the Legal Recruiting Manager to execute 1L and 2L student recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate law student interview schedules, including sending calendar invitations and confirmation communications with students and attorneys. 
• Assist with strategy and logistical coordination for law school recruiting initiatives and the firm’s summer associate program.
• Perform administrative tasks related to recruiting, including maintaining accurate records in the
