Legal Intake Specialist - Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)

Job Summary:

Stern & Cohen, Philadelphia’s fastest-growing Workers’ Compensation Law Firm, is looking for an experienced and motivated Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for many new clients contacting the firm. This person ideally can conduct intakes for both English- and Spanish-speaking prospective clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering new client calls in both Spanish and English, as well as answering general questions from prospective clients
• Following up on client leads via phone, email, and text messaging
• Scheduling appointments for new clients and sending out new client paperwork
• Following up with referral partners regarding the status of client referrals
• Communicating clearly and professionally with Spanish- and English-speaking clients throughout the intake process

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred
• Strong affinity for customer service
• Excellent telephone, communication, and active listening skills
• Basic knowledge of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation law is preferred, but not required
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
