Legal Intake Specialist

Avard Law Offices has served clients throughout Florida and beyond since 1990. We specialize in Social Security Disability, Veterans’ Disability, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, LTD, Medical Malpractice and FRS cases. This is a fast-paced work environment with an ever growing case load. Looking for talented and detailed individuals to add to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify personal, demographic, or income information.
• Process intake forms, documents, and maintain accurate records.
• Explain available services, policies, and required documentation to clients.
• Schedule initial assessments, consultations, or follow‑up appointments.
• Coordinate with internal departments or referral sources to streamline service delivery.
• Assess client needs and determine eligibility for services.
• Follow up on missing documentation and ensure complete intake files.
• Handle high volume of incoming calls and emails.
• Spanish is preferred but not requried.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
