For more than 20 years, The Landlord Law Firm has represented Cook County landlords in evictions, real estate closings, and civil litigation. We are growing and need driven people to join our expanding team.

The Role

You are the first voice our clients hear. You will take inbound calls, explain our flat-fee services and rates, and turn callers into clients. You will also handle client billing and keep current clients updated on the status of their cases. If you like hitting targets and being rewarded for strong performance, keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Answer and return calls from landlords and property managers, qualify leads, and sign new clients
• Clearly explain our services, flat fees, and next steps
• Follow up persistently on open leads, and with newly signed clients to gather the documents and information needed to get their cases moving
• Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on balances
• Update current clients on the status of their cases

Who You Are

• Experience in law firm intake, sales, collections, or customer service is a plus but not required. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
