About the Role
We’re looking for a Legal Assistant / Intake Specialist to join our team. No prior legal experience is required—however we are looking for someone with sale experience. Our ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in either the legal field or in sales (ideally phone sales). What we do need is someone a great communicator, detail-oriented, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be an essential part of making sure our cases move smoothly and our clients feel supported.

Responsibilities

• Manage new client / existing client communication (phone calls, emails, scheduling)
• Organize case files and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
• Handle administrative tasks that keep the office running efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient with basic computer programs (Word, Dropbox, etc.)

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) with opportunities for advancement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
