The Firm is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Assistant with 3+ years of supporting business litigation and IP litigation practices to join our Las Vegas, NV office. In this role, you will work in close partnership with assigned attorneys, supporting matters from inception through resolution while managing a dynamic workflow and delivering high-quality administrative services to our business clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and demonstrates strong ownership, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage assigned attorneys’ calendars, dockets, deadlines, and appointments with a high degree of accuracy
Perform e-filing in state and federal courts
Coordinate and support litigation matters, including document management, filings, and general case support
Screen incoming client calls and correspondence; respond independently when appropriate
Draft, format, and prepare emails, confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex legal documents
Maintain attorney billing processes
Create, maintain, and manipulate spreadsheet data, including use of formulas
Maintain organized client files in document management systems and ensure accuracy of records
Anticipate attorney needs and proactively manage workflow and priorities
Provide back-up support to other legal assistants as needed
Perform additional administrative and legal support duties as assigned

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably within Commercial Litigation
Demonstrated experience supporting litigation matters in a deadline-driven environment; exposure to discovery, filings, and trial preparation is strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism in all interactions with attorneys, clients, and colleagues

Experience with document management systems (e.g., NetDocs) preferred
Experience with billing systems preferred
Familiarity with Nuance or similar PDF editing tools is a plus
