Lead Faculty & Curriculum Consultant for Paralegal Certification Program

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Faculty and Curriculum Consultant for developing and teaching new Paralegal Certification Program in Greensboro, North Carolina (remote position).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of curriculum content aligned with legal industry requirements and adult learning principles.
• Develop and implement training modules.
• Subject-matter authority on curriculum design, course sequencing, learning outcomes, and syllabi for the legal specialty courses.
• Will also teach as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed North Carolina attorney in good standing, or North Carolina Certified Paralegal with substantial practice and teaching experience.
• At least 2 years of paralegal or legal education experience required.
• 3+ years of paralegal or legal education experience preferred.
• 3+ years of curriculum design in legal education preferred.
