Labor & Employment Associate (2 - 4 years)

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 2nd – 4th year Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice of our Florham Park, New Jersey office. Job Requirements:

Candidates must have 2 or more years of experience in an employment-specific, defense-side role with a regional or national firm, with a focus on litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, noncompete and other employment claims. Ideal candidates will also have experience advising employers on compliance issues, such as terminations, leaves of absence, non-competes, performance management, and wage and hour issues, as well as experience drafting personnel policies and employment-related agreements.

Qualified candidates will have strong academic performance in law school, strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, commitment to detail, and the ability, desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career. Candidates must be in good standing with the NJ and NY State Bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$200,000 - $235,000 per year
