Law Office of Rachel Bonano, PLLC is a growing law firm dedicated to serving the legal needs of the Hispanic population in East Tennessee. The full-time staff members with direct client contact, including all attorneys, are fluent in both Spanish and English. We are a general practice firm whose principal area of practice is immigration.

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English to apply.
• Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: accept payments from clients, both in person and via telephone; interact with current and potential clients in a professional manner that supports the mission of the firm; assist in the execution of new client contracts; greet all guests when they arrive at the law office and determine how to best serve their needs and communicate those needs to the other staff / attorneys as necessary; answer incoming phone calls in a similar manner; schedule appointments, update contact information, annotate notes using Clio, the firm's client management system; prepare new client packets for all initial consultations; maintain new client leads database and filing system; maintain client contacts in office phone system; coordinate communication between current clients, paralegal staff, and attorneys; respond to client questions as directed by attorneys
• Secondary responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintain the appearance of all public spaces in the law office; assist office manager in maintaining current and closed filing system as required; efficiently manage client pickup/dropoff of file documents including making appropriate photo copies as necessary; notary services as needed (law firm will provide assistance in obtaining notary certification); assist with other clerical duties as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
