Intake Specialist

Our elder law firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to be our clients' dedicated point of contact, ensuring they receive personalized attention, timely communication, and assistance throughout their legal journey.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing case updates.

Coordinate the client intake process, including documentation collection and execution.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Provide educational materials to help clients understand legal processes and make informed decisions.

Coordinate and facilitate communication for client referrals.

Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively.

Collaborate with the legal team to support firm goals and deliver comprehensive client services.

Participate in special projects and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years experience with client experience

Bilingual a plus but not required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Attention to detail and a commitment to client confidentiality.
