Position Overview:

We seek a motivated Immigration Associate Attorney with 0–4 years of experience to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to our mission of guiding clients through complex immigration processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about immigrant rights and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

• Take an active part in the client meetings to understand the issues and come up with a possible way of action to deal the case.
• Prepare for trials and hearings and appear in legal proceedings.
• Study and identify laws that are applicable to the case.
• Conduct thorough research and assist in gathering all the data and information that is relevant to the case.
• Prepare and draft legal briefs. Petitions and motions in immigration court and federal court.
• Maintain, Update and track important legal documents covering a wide range of clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

• New York, NY 10013: Relocate before starting work (Required)
