Get to Know Rikka

Rikka Law Group is a woman and minority-owned law firm founded by Charlyn Ho, a former U.S. Navy Supply Corps officer, Cravath associate, and Perkins Coie partner, now a Forbes.com contributor quoted in outlets including Legaltech News and Cointelegraph. We're also a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Women-Owned Small Business.
We work with technology companies and government clients on the real legal and compliance challenges they run into as they grow. This engagement reflects where our government contracting practice is headed: placing experienced attorneys directly inside federal agencies to handle the complex, high-stakes EEO work that keeps those offices running fairly and on schedule. As a certified SDVOSB and WOSB, we're building out exactly this kind of specialized federal bench, and this role is a chance to be part of that from the ground floor.

  •  Vision: To be the leading thought partner to our clients, providing expert legal advice on the current and future state of technology, law, governance, and policy.
  •  Mission: We build the legal infrastructure for the technology age. Combining Big Law strategic precision with military-grade operational discipline, we transform complex regulations into streamlined frameworks that protect our clients' businesses and accelerate their growth.
  •  Ethos: The name "Rikka" comes from ikebana, the ancient art of Japanese flower arrangement. Rikka takes great mastery and skill to practice, yet its purpose is simplicity: the natural beauty of the arrangement, not the complexity behind it. That's the foundation of everything under the Rikka Law Group brand, using mastery and skill to turn complex legal concepts into actionable solutions that resolve roadblocks and create and protect value for our clients and their stakeholders.
  •  Core Values: Integrity, commitment to excellence, efficiency, long-term client partnership, innovation, and a deep commitment to client success.
  • Are you excited to work with a fast-growing law firm with multiple learning opportunities? Are you a self-starter who is willing to go the extra mile to hit your goals? Rikka is an employer that sets goals and accomplishes them by empowering you with opportunities for self-improvement and growth.
