We’re hiring an experienced Family Law Paralegal to handle South Carolina Family Court cases (divorce, custody, child support). Note: This position in downtown, parking is provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and file family court documents (e-filing)
• Organize client files and track deadlines
• Assist with discovery and financial documents
• Schedule hearings, mediations, and appointments
• Communicate with clients professionally (no legal advice)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in family law
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Basic Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PDF skills
• Professional communication and confidentiality
