Duties

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients navigating family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and spousal support
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, settlement agreements, and court pleadings with precision and clarity
• Negotiate settlements effectively to achieve optimal outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences with confidence and advocacy skills
• Manage all aspects of case files from inception through resolution, ensuring timely filings and adherence to procedural requirements

• Proven expertise in family law practice with strong negotiation and litigation capabilities
• Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal research projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

The ideal candidate will possess the following: Texas Bar license or awaiting Texas Bar results; Strong research and writing skills; and Independent and goal driven.
