Job Summary:The Document Review Consultant ensures that discovery processes are executed efficiently, following industry best practices and in a cost-effective manner. The role requires deep expertise in search term refinement, leveraging analytics, as well as integration of TAR and AI for bespoke workflow solutionsRole and Responsibilities:Develop and refine search terms using linguistic precision and analytics tools.Collaborate with legal teams to align search logic with case strategy and privilege protocols.Conduct data analysis and employ TAR and generative AI to improve review efficiency and accuracy.Lead ECA process using proprietary methodologies to isolate key documents and reduce hosting costs.Apply iterative culling, strategic filtering, and subject-matter insights to streamline data sets.Assess case scope and develop comprehensive, cost-effective eDiscovery strategies and workflows.Work with leadership to develop groundbreaking workflow strategies for maximum impactUtilize sentiment analysis and key phrase analytics to surface high-value documents.Maintain proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.Evaluate and recommend eDiscovery tools and solutions to enhance operational performance.Uphold a high standard of excellence, consistently exceeding client expectations through diligence and innovation.
