About the Role:

Are you an outstanding real estate attorney looking for a long-term position? We’re seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with five or more years of experience to add value to our team. You’ll work in the areas of complex commercial real estate finance, sales, leasing, acquisitions and workouts that may include debtor-creditor and litigation-related issues. This highly collaborative role requires knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, including documenting, closing and servicing loans. Experience with foreclosures and debtor-creditor rights is also a plus. The ideal candidate will:

• Possess excellent communication, writing and research skills.
• Conduct legal research.
• Exercise sound independent judgment.
• Be self-motivated.
