Civil Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our team and support our litigation attorneys in complex civli litigation and construction defect cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, from case initiation to trial.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Manage large volumes of documents, including e-discovery and case management systems.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support attorneys.
• Coordinate depositions, witness preparation, and trial support.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to facilitate case progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with construction defect a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of civil litigation procedures, construction law, contracts, and defect claims.
• Proficiency in case management software, e-discovery tools, and legal research databases.
• Excellent organizational skills, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating on cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must reside in Arizona, Washington or Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
