Case Manager / Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Our plaintiff-side practice handles serious injury and civil rights matters, including negligent security, police brutality, medical malpractice, dram shop liability, premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, and catastrophic injury.

The role

We're looking for an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. You'll be the client's primary point of contact, keeping cases moving, clients informed, and attorneys prepared. That means coordinating medical records and treatment, opening claims, drafting demand letters, and tracking deadlines in FileVine.

• An experienced pre-litigation paralegal or case manager with a plaintiff-side personal injury background
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a volume caseload
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
• A team player who can support multiple attorneys and balance competing deadlines
• Someone who cares about clients and treats them with patience and respect
