Case Manager

Job Overview

Kelleher Law is a personal injury law firm with offices in Florida, Georgia and New York. We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our growing team at our Naples, Florida location.

Duties

• Maintain client files from intake to settlement
• Communicate with clients regularly about the status of their case
• Draft demands and follow up with adjusters for a settlement offer
• Schedule doctor's appointments on behalf of clients
• Open claims with insurance companies
• Maintain attorney calendars
• Monitor and follow up on a client's medical treatment
• Request, obtain and organize medical records, medical bills, liens and other documentation
• Perform monthly reviews on case files to ensure all information is up to date
• Assist Attorneys as needed
• Answer overflow calls from the main line

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recent experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal at a personal injury law firm
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
• Knowledge of presuit caseflow and personal injury law
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and case management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
