Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish)

Location: Walla Walla, WA

Hours: Part-time, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our Denver office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Primary Duties:

• Answering phones in a professional, friendly manner:
• Handling new client inquiries.
• Pre-screening potential clients
• Directing existing clients to the responsible attorney or case manager.
• Greeting clients in the office.
• Keeping our front office and conference rooms clean, organized, and client-ready.
• Managing office supplies and inventory.
• Processing mail.
• Scanning and uploading to our case management software.
• Assisting with outbound mail as needed
• Receiving cash payments.
• Assisting potential clients with contract signing

Essential Qualifications:

• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated.
• Standard computer skills and the ability to learn new programs (MS Office Suite, Vonage phone system, HubSpot etc).
• Experience working and communicating with marginalized or vulnerable communities is a plus.

Pay: $17.73 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week

Work Location: In person
