Bilingual Legal Assistant/Paralegal

An established and fast-paced immigration law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare immigration forms and applications including but not limited to, I-589, EOIR-42B, I-485, and bond documents.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, affidavits, and court exhibits.
• Assist attorneys with hearing preparation and client case management.
• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are current and complete.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, and internal staff.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Prior experience in immigration law or legal field strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
