Attorney

Rafi Law Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the fastest growing law firm in the southwest and offers endless opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency
• Evaluate potential new client case facts
• Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment
• Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement
• Perform management/leadership functions

Qualification:

• Must be a member of the Colorado State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness
• Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
