MHS is seeking an associate with 1-4 years of litigation experience, to primarily handle wage and hour class actions. Candidates with some wage and hour litigation experience are preferred, but others will also be considered. Junior associates work collaboratively with more senior attorneys in defense of cases and will be provided training, oversight, and mentorship.
