Senior Associate Attorney – Family Law & Probate

Zalessky Law Group is a 12-person Denver firm devoted to family law and probate. We're hiring a Senior Associate with deep experience in both areas to manage a full caseload, try cases, and help shape our growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25–40 active family law and probate matters from intake to resolution, including divorce, parenting time, spousal maintenance, guardianship and conservatorship (including emergency guardianship), and probate administration and litigation
• Draft pleadings and motions, and appear at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial
• Advise clients with clarity and empathy, and work with firm leadership on case strategy
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications

• J.D. and active admission to the Colorado Bar
• 5+ years of practice with substantial experience in both family law and probate
• Courtroom experience, including contested hearings
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills

Pay and Benefits
$100,000–$145,000 per year, depending on experience. Health, dental, and vision insurance; HSA; life insurance; 401(k) with employer match; paid time off; flexible schedule; CLE support and mentorship.
