Associate Attorney

We are filling an Associate Attorney Position to become a part of our team! We are a small family law firm that believes in mentoring all individuals of our team, a work/life balance, keeping a positive atmosphere, and maintaining a high standard for all of the work we do. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents and advise clients on their family law matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court (trials and hearings)
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on family law matters
• Conduct settlement conferences
• Draft motions, oppositions, decrees, orders, and supplemental pleadings
• Perform administrative and management functions for the firm
• Networking to bring clients to the firm

​​Qualifications:

• State Bar of Nevada License in good standing
• An interest in family law- bonus if you have experience
• Familiarity with drafting various legal documents such as motions and oppositions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
