Role and Responsibilities
We're seeking a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney to join our practice. You'll work on a diverse caseload including business law, estate planning, and litigation—an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys variety, practical problem-solving, and building strong client relationships.

Day-to-day

• Advise business clients and draft, review, and analyze contracts, business documents, policies, and other legal instruments
• Guide individuals and families through estate planning, including wills, trusts, and related documents
• Conduct legal research, analyze statutes and case law, and prepare memoranda and briefs
• Handle litigation matters including pleadings, discovery, and court appearances
• Participate in negotiations and draft settlement agreements
• Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
• Support senior attorneys in hearings and trial preparation
• Contribute to the firm's overall strategy and client service

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Utah or eligible for admission
• Strong foundation in law with the ability to analyze legal issues and apply relevant statutes and case law
• Knowledge of employment law, workplace policies, compliance, and employment-related disputes
• Excellent legal research skills, including proficiency with legal databases
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in an on-site environment
• Effective negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Prior experience in employment law, civil litigation, estate planning, or related practice areas is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 annually ($10,000 per month)
