Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of insurance defense litigation experience to join our litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active insurance defense litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend and argue hearings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal correspondence.
• Participate in mediations and settlement conferences.
• Prepare cases for trial and maintain client communications.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership.
• Minimum 3 years of insurance defense experience.
• Experience with depositions, hearings, motion practice, and mediations.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Pay: $97,092.45 - $116,928.55 per year
