Associate Attorney - (Family Law and General Liability)

About the Opportunity:

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of General Liability defense matters from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Take on Family Law matters as they arise, working directly with a Partner to build competency and confidence in that practice area.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and provide clients with responsive, high-quality representation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents with a growing degree of independence.

Required Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years of General Liability practice experience.
• Juris Doctorate Degree.
• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• Interest in developing Family Law experience is strongly preferred; prior exposure is a plus but not required.
