Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their estate planning needs and provide tailored legal advice.
  • Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with current estate laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in probate court proceedings, advocating for their best interests with professionalism and integrity.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process.
  • Work alongside senior attorneys to develop innovative estate planning strategies that align with clients' goals.
  • Participate in firm meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in estate planning services.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Maryland State Bar Association.
  • Experience in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Ability to conduct thorough legal research and apply findings to client cases.
  • Proven track record of representing clients in probate court proceedings.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain clear and consistent client interactions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and contribute to team strategies.
