
The Nassau County District Attorney’s Office is currently seeking experienced, practicing attorneys for its Organized Crime and Rackets Bureau.
The District Attorney’s Organized Crime & Rackets Bureau investigates and prosecutes complex and systematic criminal activity committed by organized crime and criminal enterprises. The Bureau's long term criminal investigations relate to enterprise corruption, extortion, coercion, loansharking, gambling, book making, money laundering, unlicensed money remitting, labor racketeering, bribery, pattern burglaries, trademark counterfeiting and other white collar crime.
The bureau is comprised of dedicated attorneys, analysts, and detectives who are responsible for cases from the inception of the investigation through final disposition.
