What is LawFirmHires?
LawFirmHires is a job board for legal jobs and nothing else.
Most openings are inside law firms, for everyone a firm employs: associates, partners and of counsel, and just as much the paralegals, legal assistants, legal secretaries, intake teams, receptionists, docketing and billing staff and administrators.
In-house, government, prosecutor and public defender attorney roles are listed too.
It has 47 role pages.
It is for people who work in legal and the employers hiring them; it does not help members of the public find a lawyer for their own case.
Read more on the About page.
For job seekers it is free: searching and applying cost nothing and need no sign-up.
Employers pay to post.
What does it cost to post a job on LawFirmHires?
Prices are published on the pricing page.
These are launch prices.
- Standard: $199 per post (regular price $299). A 30-day post, indexed in Google Jobs and shown on the matching role and city pages.
- Featured: $399 per post (regular price $499). Everything in Standard, plus the company logo, a highlighted card, top-of-feed placement and a Featured badge.
A single post is a one-time payment.
It never renews and there is nothing to sign.
Each role needs its own post, so an associate opening and a paralegal opening are listed separately.
How does posting a job work?
Pick Standard or Featured, describe the role, add the link where applications should go, and pay through Stripe.
The post is published the moment payment goes through; nothing sits in an approval queue.
Candidates who click Apply go to the firm's own form or inbox, and their application never passes through LawFirmHires.
Each post runs 30 days from the purchase date.
To change a live post (salary band, bar admission or experience requirements) or pull it once the role is filled, email support with the position title.
What are the slot plans?
Firms with several openings can take a monthly slot plan instead of paying per post.
Each slot holds one live post, for any role at any office, and a filled seat's slot can take a new opening as often as needed at no added charge.
- Growth: $899 a month for up to 10 posts live at once, with the logo on every post.
- Brand: $1,749 a month for up to 25 posts live at once, Featured placement on every post and priority support from one direct point of contact.
Slot plans are arranged by contacting LawFirmHires, not through self-serve checkout.
They bill monthly and can be canceled whenever you choose, with no minimum term and no contract.
Founding Partner pricing is held for 24 months while the plan stays active and is open to the first 10 firms on a plan.
Where do the job listings come from?
From two routes: openings collected from employers' own careers pages and public job feeds, and posts that firms submit directly and pay for.
A collected listing links out to the original posting, so the application goes to the employer, not to LawFirmHires.
Featured is the one paid placement: a Featured post carries a Featured badge and shows above standard posts on matching role and city pages.
Who runs LawFirmHires?
LawFirmHires is run by its founder, Gabriel Meierotto.
He is not a lawyer: he has no law degree, is not admitted to any bar and holds no paralegal certificate, and nothing on the site is legal advice.
His work is the hiring and publishing side: how firms find staff and how candidates find firms.
When the site's guides describe bar rules, paralegal regulation or pay, the claims are traced to the source that sets them, such as the state bar, the state supreme court's rules, the statute or the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
What does LawFirmHires not do?
- It is not an employer, staffing agency or recruiting agency. It does not screen, interview or vouch for candidates or employers, and it does not guarantee that a listing will result in a hire.
- It does not offer a free posting option for employers.
- It does not give legal advice or help members of the public hire a lawyer.
- It does not label a page attorney-reviewed unless a named, licensed attorney actually reviewed it.
- It does not publish candidate or reach numbers.
